Newest Free Agency Client Julius Jackson Signs with Raiders Basket in Finland
Free Agency Client Julius Jackson (6-1 PG NCAA Division 2 Emporia State University) has signed his first pro contract with Raiders Basket JARVENPAA (Finland 1B Champs last season) in Finland. Jackson just completed a great year for Coach Craig Doty at NCAA Division 2 Emporia State. He averaged 17 points per game, 2.7 rebounds, and 2 assists per game last season at ESU. He scored 38 points vs. Northwestern Missouri State. He also shot 44% from the 3pt. line and 81% from the FT Line. His junior year he was 5th in the nation in NAIA scoring averaging 23.4 points at Presentation. He recently played well at the KPA Vegas Pro Summer League in Las Vegas hosted by Free Agency Basketball and SBS Services. He also signed an agency contract with Free Agency Basketball earlier in the week and he now is a pro. "Coach Oli-Pekka Auvinen (2019 Finland 1B Coach of the Year) really liked Julius after first watching his film and in the KPA Vegas Summer League. I think it is going to be a great fit for Julius. He will be called on to run the team from the PG spot and score the ball as well, which he will do a very good job with. He is going to be an excellent pro. Also thanks to Emporia State Head Coach Craig Doty with his help in the process" said Michael Stinnett (Free Agency Director of Scouting). Free Agency Client Jordan Jacks played for Raiders Basket last season and won the Finland 1B championship and had a very good experience. Jackson makes the 19th Free Agency Basketball client to sign for the 2019-20 season. Several more announcements coming soon!
